coskev's post in Catch Tanks. was marked as the answerhttp://www.saikoumichi.com/internal_baffle_design.html
I've got one of the above on mine, used them previously on a Evo and it worked really well so put one on the VRS.
You can modify your catch can if you are handy with tools, just make it look like the one above inside so the fumes are passing through the mesh so the residue condenses on it :)

coskev's post in New Arch Liners & Mud flaps was marked as the answerYeah all available, but they don't list rear mudflaps to fit a VRS,as the bumper needs cutting slightly to get them on.
TPS is probably the best place to get them from
IIRC recently someone said on here arch liners are knocking on £40 each though!

coskev's post in egr blanking plates.....confused :( was marked as the answerAs above, blanking plates and the gasket with a hole are different things.
If your fitting blanking plates the pipe between manifold and EGR valve should be removed, and the EGR mapped out.
If you've removed the pipe from manifold to EGR valve you don't want to be drilling holes in either of the blanking plates!!

coskev's post in Mk1 fabia vrs rear seat removal ? was marked as the answerPress the catch to lower the backrest down, lower them, then on the outer side of both seats you will see a catch/hinge arrangment.
the catch is spring loaded, you need to press it back with a screwdriver so you can then lift out the seat.
then you need to slide the seat out of the centre catch which is just a round hole that the peg on seat fits in.
slide them outwards towards doors.
