  5. modified how? are you sure you want to go with all the trouble to install VKLR turbo on it? would you be able to find your stock turbo part number? PM me if you can please
  6. Hi, new arrival, Garrett GT17/56 hybrid turbo, benefits from PD150 shaft, GT2052v cold side with 56mm compressor wheel from GTB1756vk turbocharger. The boost inlet and outlet are in pretty much stock position however they will need larger diameter boost pipes or reductions to fit onto your stock ASZ/BLT/BUK/BPX/ARL engine. Otherwise the hybrid fits P&P. This is the first one I've ever had so I'm looking for someone who will be able to test it and give some good feedback together with boost logs and RR printout. I will offer £50 cash back to any one willing to be a beta tester of this turbo. The regular price is £500 delivered within the uk. Intake size on turbo - 55mm 63mm - 55mm silicone reducer ebay item number: 221476468191 boost pipe can be just cut and stretched and goes on the outlet ok The estimated power potential is 220-230bhp @ 1.8bar max! upload gambar photo sharing websites free photo hosting
  7. I recon that you need to use a caliper and measure internal diameter but it looks like GTB2260vk compressor wheel to me hard to say how well will it perform with that large wheel and stock VNT mechanism power potential should be good though, how much was it if you don't mind me asking?
  8. I have one rated for 370ftlb in stock I can get stronger ones but waiting time is 3-4 weeks ;/
  9. looks like GTB wheel but hard to say for sure which one without measuring the diameter, should be good for around 230bhp at least I guess with this size of wheel cheers
  10. is it Garrett? 3.0TDI would have GTB2260vk so 60mm compressor wheel can you measure the intake diameter on the compressor side?
  11. where did you get the hybrid from? what did the seller rated it for? any spec?
  12. that's why the clutch is uprated and it holds power to the very end don't know why is the graph ending so quickly...
  13. haha I shouldn't tell you that lol for 230bhp there are high spec hybrids here: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/336111-high-spec-hybrid-turbos-for-20tdi-pd140-bkd-azv-230bhp-and-250bhp-potential/ those GT17/52 are rated for 220bhp and if you go over that the warranty is void if you push it harder you are doing at your own risk Will post the graph as soon as I have it
  14. stock injectors are maxed out at 230-240bhp at 250bhp if you are lucky they are just on the edge with very long durations with high EGTs, bigger nozzles are good because they give you more power with less duration so lower EGTs and less smoke. I'm still waiting for the dyno graph will post it here as soon as I have it
  15. it should but I would recommend getting PD150 clutch and if you are going to spend pretty much the same money personally I would rather for uprated one cheers
  16. yes I do the LUK kit mentioned before it's £450 delivered (you will need new bolts and release bearing from dealers) it will hold around 400ftlb no problem cheers
  17. there is no science really, your stock clutch is probably few years old already and with increased power and torque it will start to slip at some point. LUK vs Sachs I wouldn't really dare to say which one is better when talking about stock clutches. DMF - dual mass flywheel The ones I'm selling are uprated so they can handle more power and torque. Sachs one will bolt straight on stock DMF, LUK won't so I sell it as a kit with modified DMF to fit Fabia (and any other 1.9TDI with 02M box) I hope it does make some sense to you - it's pretty late so my brain is not working at full speed sorry
  18. Hi, if you are going for just 170bhp the uprated clutch should last pretty much forever the LUK one I'm offering will be stronger, the Sachs one if you have Sachs DMF definitely cheaper unless you are going for new DMF anyway. Both will give you stock like feeling so it doesn't really matters which one will you get.
  19. ok guys another 2 in stock fitted with billet 52mm compressor wheel £475 delivered one produced 232bhp on PD150 engine recently with big injectors so they are awsome value for money image free hosting
  20. yes it is going to fit pretty much and 1.9TDI with 02M gearbox PM me if you wish to arrange collection I'm in new Stevenston
  21. ok I now have that one as a set with modified DMF to fit Skoda Fabia and pretty much any other car with 6 speed 02M gearbox so far it has been tested to 350ftlb but it should handle much more 400ftlb should be a reasonable assumption £450 delivered for a set with DMF
