Had an email today from Preston Motors my Yeti is at the dealership and picking it up Monday. 1.2 se with options fitted ordered 14-1-2013 so not such a long wait thankfully although I think these next few days might go a bit slow.

Hi all not sure if posted to right forum. Does anybody know of the best security tracking device for a yeti and whether fitting is possible before you take delivery? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Yes they say you will be first owner and you deal directly with the chosen Skoda dealer

White is a very good colour I think especially with the sunset glass. Well I hope it's ok as that's the colour I have ordered for my SE.

Hi if you can afford it then it's gotta be l&k for all the equipment. As for what car will give best discount I don't know where you're based but you could try Lee at Preston Motors in East London as he gave me a great deal on a Yeti 1.2 se.

I have a 105 diesel elegance. Fuel consumption don't believe what the brochure says and if you don't do a lot of miles and mainly town driving you have the DPF to deal with that's why ordered a petrol yeti this week.

Hi I can also recommend Lee at Preston motors. Went in this week looking to purchase a Rapid after finding it wasn't best for me he did a cracking deal on a new yeti so ended up buying it can't wait for it to be delivered

Have decided to add some options to my new yeti now got space saver,ESC,tyre pressure monitor and heated windscreen can't wait for delivery hopefully time won't drag lol

Hi all are there any yeti owners out there who can tell me the height from the ground to the back seat cushion please? You may wonder why we'll I've ordered a new yeti and have a dog who needs steps into the car and just wondered if I will need to order a new set. Many thanks

Hopefully good times await us both. Am trading in my fabia cr diesel elegance got great price and now don't do a lot of miles. I know running cost will go up slightly but more room, higher driving position and the deal breaker no more DPF.

Estimated delivery 12-14 weeks for petrol but been told there are diesels available as don't think as popular as petrol prob DPF but not sure in greenline. Give Lee a call at Preston motors a call he's really helpful.

Visited Preston motors this morning looking to purchase a rapid but after driving found I needed more headroom. Advised by Lee my best bet then would be the yeti but I thought that would be out of my price range. I just want to thank both LEE and NEIL for giving me a fantastic deal although I cannot go into details I doubt very much anybody could beat them. I am now waiting for my 1.2 se yeti in white to be built and arrive. Once again thanks for the deal and if anybody out there is looking for a yeti or at that any Skoda if you can give Lee at Preston motors in forest gate a call before you sign on the dotted line you might be surprised. I know I was.

Surely though aren't the running costs far higher than for the diesel?

Does anybody know the estimated delivery time for tsi petrol rapid either bhp new spec se or elegance as like a lot of people don't want a 13 reg?

I guess though cars like the yeti are factory order only

Does that go for most fabia models?

That does surprise me I thought all skodas were factory order
