Hi all,

A couple of the buttons on my Factory Fit Sat Nav (04/54 Octavia II Elegance) have worn right through! How heavy handed must I be!

Can you get replacement buttons or even replacement front panel to smarten this up? They all still work OK, just want them to look like new again.

Also, I have a scratch to the carbon effect trim on the interior of the passenger door. Is this expensive/difficult to replace?

I had the same problem with mine. Not worn completely but the black rubber surface was starting to peel off the buttons. I put it down to SWMBO with her long nails.

Might be worth a warranty claim (if you have warranty left). All depends on how lucky you feel punk :-)

They may just put it down to wear & tear.

Not sure about the door trim, but I woundn't of thought it would be to expensive to replace. Take your car to the dealer, have a chat about the Sat Nav buttons and while your there get a price on the door trim.
