Trying to solve a few electric probs!

Featured Replies

So a while back my 05 vrs had some electrical problems it started out with the interior light not working when my door was open and the light inside the door and also the dash display to say that the door is open.

Anyway a little while later the windows stopped working and lights so i looked a bit deeper and took out the control box on the drivers door and found that it had water damage so i gave it a clean up and put it back in with good results windows sunroof etc all working - Result  but still no door display or interior light for my door and door light, so anyway the question is:

I've noticed that the other door has a control unit does anyone know what this runs would this all be for the stuff not working.

I know there are a few people that have had this issue has anyone resolved it??

Cheers

Would certainly be worth ruling out the other one I think.

maybe the contacts on the door switch need to be checked too?
