If i were you, give Sarah at Awesome Gti a ring.

She'll advise you on what could be best for your car.

£800 is a lot of cash, and would get you a great setup, although maybe a little OTT for your needs.

Here's their website

Awesome GTI Store UK - VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda Performance & Styling

And if you want to ask Sarah directly....you could post in this section, and she'll get back to you (or another Awesome staff member will )

Awesome GTI - BRISKODA - The Skoda Forum and Community

Hope thats off some help. :)

Oooh thnk you Johnny

£800 is a good budget and you should get something decent for that

Including coilovers

Coilovers is good , as you can do height adjustable and on some dampening adjustable

I would say with a car of that age , you cannot lower on just springs you would at least need good shockers

But Weitec coilovers the all singind all dancing with the dampeninh and height ajustabilty is only £514.89 + VAT (£605 all in)

These do 35 to 65mm lowering

I must admit , I think all the Fabia`s could benifit from lowering as mine , 100PD Comfort Fabia always looked like a Fabia on stilts

Mine was lowered approx 45mm and looks loads better

The Weitec`s are made by KW which are a fantastic company and make some stunning suspension for the VAG cars

I hope that helps a bit , if you need any more help , please feeel free to ask

Sarah

Oooh thnk you Johnny

Sarah, (totaly noob here) but is coils the suspension? or is there to types the springs and coils? also im lost as to what to buy, what you recommended me, i cant see them on the awesome website. sorry for the stuipnessss.

john

coilovers allow you to adjust the ride height (and damping if the expensive ones) to how you see fit

springs/ suspension kit drop it to a fixed height
