Just purchased a new sony cdx headunit for the VRS with the sony IPod adaptor and i intend to fit next week. Is their anything i need like an ISO adaptor to stop me having to chop the wires etc as when i did my FTO it was a 2 day job as i had to hard wire everything!?

i have read the Symphony HU removal tips and the hacksaw blade seems the cheapest option!

The Octy will have ISO connectors however you will have to swap a couple of cables over. The HU will normally have bullet connectors to facilitate this.
