Left the Fabia parked up the other night and came back to find the passenger side mirror hanging off! Some kind soul had given it a good smack!

So after taking the mirror to pieces I was pleased to find the damage limited to a retaining washer (holds a spring in place on a spindle to give allow the mirrror to fold) Fortunately no other damage whatsoever...

"Great" I thought until I visit my Skoda parts department - only to be told that its not a spare part and the whole mirror assembly has to be bought! I am not amused at over
