Hi to everyone! My name is Lasse and I am Skoda driver from Finland. I´ve been driving my Octavias´since 1997. Currently I have my second Octavia (MY 2000) and it has seen road worth over 360 000km. When I sold my previous Octavia(MY 1997), it had been driven about 210 000km. In just a month I´m getting my 3rd Octavia. New car will be black HB vRS TDI. Wonder how many kilometers i´ll be driving with that one.

Welcome :)

Hi Lasse - welcome to Briskoda :)

Had to look up the world atlas to find out where you were! I now know where Valkeala is! There's always some knowledge to be learned from this site ;)

Hope you enjoy your stay here

That's at least how I usually greet new Briskoda members from Finland - but since your name is Lasse, maybe you belong to the Swedish-speaking part of the Finnish community so it should be "välkommen" instead?

I'm Swedish myself but my mother was a "hurri" :)

Nej. Det är inte välkommen. Although I have Swedish-soundlike name, I am purely Finnish-speaking. I understand Swedish as well as I understand Finnish and after few drinks I can speak it very well too.:D But thanks anyway for wellcomes.

welcome to briskoda
