Which Bluetooth kit to fit - Nokia CK-7W or Parrot CK3100

Featured Replies

I'm running a parrot 3200 and in another car the Nokia CK-7W

The parrot is much more compatible and the sound is better coming back to you IMHO, however the microphone from the nokia is much better.

Again personal preference really, but i'd probably pick the parrot as then you can chuck the phone out of the way in the arm rest and use the parrots display to see who is calling etc.

I'd agree with all the above, plus the Nokia kit doesn't work well with other makes of phone.

Oh yes, the CK7W especially doesn't like XDA type phones as they are all ultra quiet on the speaker side (you can turn it up) and the microphone side (which you can't fix). Fine with Nokias though.

Yep. I tried the CK-7W with an HTC Vox. Bad idea, as was the phone.
