Hey folks... Just thought I'd let you know about my recent trip to germany in Nelly.

Was a bit aprehensive at first and was praying that we would make it without european breakdown cover.

In total we covered 1238 miles driving down to Folkestone for the Eurotunnel and then through France, Belguim, Holland and then Finally to the middle of Germany!

We average 42.8 MPG over the whole trip.

Only got my foot down once on the autobahn but unfortunately only managed 95 MPH !!! lol

Only suffered one casualty... that being my rear Laurin & Klement badge... so i need to think of a way to stick it back on!!

Drove from a friends house in Hedon so our route took us over humber bridge.

Nice one! I took my P reg Felly abroad to France for work three years ago and was a bit apprehensive, though it was great! Did a lot of mileage around France which was good fun. Well done mate - the car looks good
