Bit new to this but my air intake pipe on my 1999 Skoda Octavia 1.6Glxi has been butchered by a previous owner and covered in tape. Is there akit for this car that can replace the old intake but give a teeny bit better performance

I had the same problem on mine. ill just make it hole new with aluminum piping.

Alternatively, as our Caribbean friend has suggested, nosy around an old-style scrappie for some suitable diameter ducting. The big plus (other than looks) with the CAI is that it frees up some space behind the battery tray.
