There are a few occasions I'd like to be able to use seat covers, but the Owners Guide of my Octy states that seat covers should not be used as the seats contain side air bags.

Is there anyway of deactivating these air bags whilst I've got the cover(s) in place? Ideally this would simply be a switch somewhere - I'm sure there must be a magic wire that can be chopped to stop them going off......

Arh ha, good man I am working on sourcing some custom made seat covers for both Fabia's and Octavia's.

They have a range of otions including sideairbag vents or not for Octy's and Fabia's. A range of fabrics including waterproof breathable. Also front and rear options.

The designer was on holiday so there has been a slight delay. The quality is high with a few fabia owners having already had some.

If you can wait a few more days (I want some befor my hoildays so it will happen very soon) then I'll get some more final information.

Sounds like they'll do the biz - please keep me posted on the progress etc.

I've had my covers for a while now and the quality and fit is first class. The only problem is that Hatchbag are usually very busy and so delivery is a bit slow, but definitely worth the wait

I second that had my custom fabia vrs cover for a few weeks now and they are very well made and fit perfect.

Speaking to them tomorrow all designs are done barring maybe the rear seats on the Octy RS.

Will canvas for orders to obtain price but if we can get a few more than a couple it means there production will be a little more cost effective...details to follow.

Just a thought Colin what are the chances of getting the briskoda logo on them?
