Hello everyone - 1st post here.

We have had a 2001 Octavia Mk I for a couple of years (1.9 TDI 110 Elegance Hatchback) amd we're thinking of getting a 2nd Octy, probably a 2005/06 1.9 TDI PD Elegance Estate to replace my 1994 Merc E300 Diesel Estate.

Just fancy a change and as we have been impressed with the mpg of the Octavia compared with the 35 mpg I am getting with the Merc, it seems a good way to go.

I can't run to a 2.0 TDI so that's off the menu but are there any extras that folks would recommend on the Elegance that are worth having?

Other than leather, xenons, and an auto box, I'm not sure there are many options you can fit to an Elegance!
