tyres 225/45/r17 91w

Featured Replies

I've not had them on for very long but I will be keeping an eye on them.

I too would like to know about the long term wear on the 452's. As long as they last more than 15,000 miles I will be happy.

How much meat is left on your tyres and how many miles have you done on them thus far?

Perhaps it is a classic case of; you pays your money, you takes your choice.

I can't speak for the longevity of Falkens having last used them 10+ years ago but comparing my Michelin Pilot Exalto 2s vs. Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas whilst the Michelins cost more (£150 vs. £110 per tyre) they give better mileage about 18-20,000 miles vs. 14-16,000 miles. Thus on a £ per mile basis they both cost virtually the same.
