can assure you it is an estate and it is rapid.... do a search for images via google for vrs estate and u will see. I think skoda produced it as an afterthought from the launch of the hatch ...same spec but has 16" alloys instead of 17"...

Do you mean Octy estate? The Fabia vRS has 16" wheels as standard not 17,s

Forget that..I can see no reference to the Fabia at all..my mistake.

Yeah octavia estate... should of said that to start with would have saved on the confusion .....as i said i am a neewbie

For wiring, get the Skoda loom it just plugs into both rear lamp units. You will also need the uprated flasher relay, which is a complete hazard flasher assembly (but obviously an uprated one).

I fitted the swan neck removeable hitch to my last Octy (although not a vRS but was an estate) it was easy to do, and needed a small cut out to allow the neck to sit but was not major in any way.

I also used the official Skoda loom as was so easy it was untrue. The only wiring you have to do yourself is the 7 pin socket and thats colour/number coded.
