Guys is this kit worth buying to retrofit cruise on my '03 vRS?

I've searched on here for cruise and found that you can buy the stalk from the dealer but do the looms come with it?

And how do I tell the ECU to look for it? Do I need to find someone local who can do it for me?

Can you explain how its £49? What parts do I need to fit it to my car?

I understand that I only need 1 of the 2 stalks on offer but do I need both looms and plug/pins?

The instructions supplied with the eBay kit and I would imagine the VAGparts kit are VW based. They will help you but are not entirely Skoda friendly - I recently helped a rather confused VW Teeside Customer via email as he wasn't getting much help from them.

It is certainly possible for the DIY'er and can be good fun so as long as you take your time, be careful and be precise you'll be fine and you'll find out a lot about your car. So if you are confident, have the tools and some spare time then give it a go. There are plenty of us here who can help you.
