Where is the gearbox oil filler plug, bolt, useful entry point , or other hole in the gearbox of a Fabia 2 litre 2003 - gearbox GKX ? And how do I get at it ?

is it not half way up the diff housing? or at the front of the gearbox.

you need a special torx security bit to undo the filler plug, alternatively you could take out the reverse light switch and fill it up from there

I thought the 2.0 used an 02R gearbox, which means it should look a little like this..

17mm allen key for the fill plug on the front.

mine has got an 02T box

Either way the 02J, 02R and 02T are the same family box all MQ200 series that spawned the MQ250 in the A5 cars.
