Hi just been looking on ebay and see that ecu evolution can re chip your ecu for £89 if you send it off to them gaining 40 bhp on the vrs.Has any one done this?

Thanks for the reply did it effect your fuel consumption much?

Yes a little bit, as with most remaps if you drive steady the fuel consumption rises but if you drive fast it goes down. Lets face it you don't get a remap to drive steady so consumption will suffer a bit.

took a risk and had one done £89 remap, £7 p+p and £6.50 to send it. Got it back this morning, and fair play it was 3 days in all as promised. Havent got anything to compare it to but it does make a hell of a difference. not noticable at first until I got the rev's up a but then I just had 'the grin' that everyone mentions on here after a remap.

try a bit more on the weekend now..........
