Need to find out the front axel weight so that i know which FK Automotive High Tec Suspension kit to buy.

They have 2 options listed. One is for Front Axel weight below 910KG and the other is for Axel Weight over 910KG.

I would assume that the kit for Over 910KG would b correct but we all know that 'assumption is the mother of all f00k ups!'

This thread might be of some help. If you have a look at the L and G option codes for your car, you can decode the weight range by reference to the primary options codes in this thread. The permissible front axle weight for the entire Octavia range is 1000kg - only the rear axle weight varies between models. But there are numerous variations on front axle weight class across the range - and springs to match.
