Who says customer service is dead

Featured Replies

Thought it was time for a positive post:

My 05 2.0tdi is just out of warranty with 40k miles and sod's law, last week a warning light came on for emissions. Cost for repair quoted as over £300 which I was not too chuffed about to say the least. However the service manager said leave it with him and he'd speak to customer services to see what he could do. Lets just say I'm now a very happy driver again.

Big thanks to Mike at Sparshatts Fareham and Skoda Customer service for a very satisfactory outcome.

Happy Days Jacko. Nice one

Yes so far i have had no complaints about them either.Very quick effiecient response to my queries.

Also a very big thanks to Meadens Skoda in Sway:thumbup:

Nice to hear about things going right for a change.

Well done fella, to many people are far too quick to pounce on bad service and slate companies. It's nice to see that good service gets a nod too(all be it very rarely) :)

Good result, however if you had used Pilling Skoda in Milton Keynes, the outcome would have been far worse, trust me.
