Better MPG?

Featured Replies

Fitted a pipercross filter panel on Friday (bought 2nd hand on here) and I have to say after doing a round trip down the coast of 120 miles the MPG reading was about 5 mpg better than I normally get from that journey (this included been sat in a traffic jam for 40 minutes on the A55)! OK so I am near to having a major service (32K on the clock) so the filter was due anyway? I also feel it has improved the engine response?

Cheers Tony

yes response and mpg increase not uncommon and often a nicer sound too!!

Glad your happy mate, they do seem to pay for themselves in the long run. Mind with fuel prices today they recoup their costs a lot quicker :) PS Say hello to Birchy for me

I got mine for the Octy, and the one for the Vroomster from Awesome GTi, they seem to have the best prices and have a good stock of filters available.

Drop Sarah line over in the Awesome section mate.

Awesome > Skoda Pipercross Panel Filters
