hi all i have recently purchesed a skoda mfd and really want to fit it, but i have read through the search forums and noticed some people complained of it not working!!! and this is cause of a plug and play wiring loom? were do i get one from or has anyone got the right link for the right wiring loom for me plz???

and one more thing can you watch tv on these things thanxs again ian

p.s would there be any1 from essex that has vag.com that would be willing to help me code it in or help get it working? i dont have vag.com and dont want to go too skoda cause they sting you up!!

i no you have to use vag.com on this from the threads but dont no what for??? coding into car to get it to work:confused:

hi just an update i have fitted it and the radio and cd changer all work fine but when you push some of the buttons its in a different language is there anyway of changing this to english?? and does the mfd support tv tuner if so can some1 tell me how to get this working????

i have mfd but no instruction manual to tell me what does what all help much appriciated

changing languages is fairly easy and is a menu function

most of what you need to do is possible without vag.com

I fitted one about 2 yrs ago just using the information on this site

It is possible to fit a tv tuner (mainly audi ones available )but requires the tuner, cables, aerials and vagcom to set it up and it can be expensive

just want to say thanxs to all the guys that gave me advice on how to do this, and all the pm's that were all replyed too:)

it took a while to fit infact 2days cause i broke or chopped the ariel wire and also couldnt find a place to put the antenna?

but its all done and thanxs to every1
