Anyone know if the S3 intercooler would fit a Octavia Scout 2.0 TDi?

:-)

Physically I think yes but you will have to do some research on the pipework.

OK the scout has a 1k0 415 803 f which has one high and one low inlet so different to the s3 intercooler.

But does any one know if the 1k0 415 803 a intercooler is used on a 1.9 tdi, altea maybe? as that might give me the pipes i would require.

Are you sure it has 1 low and 1 high, the diagram for sure doesn't show it that way. Did you look at the radiator by accident?

No, wish I had. :-(

The Scout has a 2.0 8v TDi. The inlet is at the back, so i think that it must be a similar intercooler to the 1.9 tdi's?

Pity then eh.

Funny how the Scout uses a 2.0 8v, whats the engine code?

engine code is bmm. I think d 8 value might b to do wiv d dpf.

But i did find that d old 150pd intercooler looks very similar so maybe i could use some pipes from one of thoses? The research goes on....

I know these drawings aren't always perfect but have a look at the attached image.

umm d picture is incorrect as it shows d turbo outlet on d wrong side. Although this does show that there maybe some pipes that i could use.

I can understand d turbo - Diesel Turbo but what is d picture, surely not Diesel Picture. Oh no wait it's your bad speaking!!

I think d 8 value might b to do wiv d dpf.

Come again?!
