good spot! Guess I'm off to Robert Dyas tomorrow!!!

Bargin!

Quick question though, does anyone know if you really need to take the seats out to get all of them or if it just makes it easier?

Cheers

Fold the fronts back as far as they go, the rear bench base comes out quite easy giving you plenty of access to the upper part.

id be interested in seeing the results of this on someones car before i go buy one. anyone got before and after pics?

Thtas my job for this week to clean the seats, but thanks for this mate.

top spot mate:thumbup:

great stuff got me one ordered! thanks for that

These things are only for spot cleaning and rotate so potentially could leave bobbling on the seat material.

If you look around on the bay you can get a full wash VAX for the same sort of money and that may be a better bet.

The guy that did the write up only used the brush bit to get the big bits of dirt off, mines just a bit well hardly, but a bit dark in places/sort of minor patches.....so im hoping this will do the trick.

You can (and I do) turn off the brush wheel, the waste water does come out of it like mud!!!!

The clean water tank does not hold much and wears your finger out using it, I use a spray bottle from the garden centre.

Roger

I get the VAX upright out and it does a stirling job especially on them white vRS seats.

The little VAX looks really good, may get one to keep in the cupboard just for emergency spills.

I have just spent a good few hours using one of these to clean all of my seats so I thought I would do a quick write up.

1st off as 'r.carder' said use a separate spray bottle to spray on the liquid as the squirter on the Vax is pretty much useless!

The Vax does get a lot of the water out but it does leave the seats fairly damp, not really a problem in this weather though.

As for how clean it gets your seats I would say it's done a good job, there were some really grubby patches on my seats (from the previous owner) and it has done a great job on them. Also the water that was coming out was filthy so it really has done the job.

oh also Robert Dyar are also selling AAA carpet shampoo for £4.99 which you will need if planning on doing the whole car.

Overall I would say a good buy and I am certainly happy with the results.
