Hello!

New member...coming from the golfgtiforum and mg-rover.org forum...traded in my 1.8 turbo golf gti, for a fabia VRS...Thankfully! £60 of petrol returning around 300-320 miles. Should cut the fuel bills with the diesel hopefully!

I pick the Fabia up on saturday...Red, 53 Reg (2004), 67K miles, 7 Skoda stamps in the service book, 1 former keeper. got it for 5500...3K for the golf and 2.5K cash. Sound like an OK deal? Car is in brill condition...just got a horrible aftermarket CD player in it...which will be binned as soon as i get home!

Hopefully wont be too many initial posts about faults with the new car; touch wood!!

welcome to briskoda, hope you enjoy the car mate.

Hello and welcome, I'm sure you'll enjoy your new car.

Welcome to the forum

Hi there and welcome.

Good car, had one for 4 years now and the fuel consumption is great, drive it steady and it's easy to get 50mpg, rag it and maybe 40, but still better than most small hot hatch petrols.

welcome
