Are there any car breakers out there who have a crash damaged Fabia you could get parts from. Here we have www.skospares.com, but I'm not sure how much international shipping would cost.

Iberparts in Spain do express delivery of Skoda parts. You can contact them here. I know that another of our Singaporean members has used them for a Fabia clutch.

Dear DGW & ScoobyChris

Thanks a lot. Will contact them after i tried my last attempts 2moro to look for it here.

At the mean time, wrapped a zip-lock bag around it using wire-tie. Should hold but hv to endure very loud rattling noise.

if it's a 8v engine you can remove the engine cover (there is a cap in the underneath of the engine cover) but you will have to run without engine cover until you get a replacement!

The agent here managed to get me the cap today after I wrote to Skoda's Customer Service yesterday. However, we discovered the rubber lining is gone too when I send my car down at the workshop...so now juz taped the original cap down till they find the rubber thingy.
