help, i've got a 1.6 aee and it runs like crap i have tried the usual

1) reset throttle body

2) changed maf

3) changed temp sensor

and looked for and leaks in the pipes but nothing has helped

1 min it will run fine then it will lose power and start chugging

also it does this at idle,i have run vag com and the onle code i have is oxygen sensor lower limit so someone help please

After reading what it does, and before you mentioned vag com picked up an o2 sensor fault thats what i would point the stick at, and you dont want the car running rich otherwise it will destroy the cat! and that in itself will cause a lack of power, you can try cleaning the o2 sensor with baking soda and lemon juice in a cup otherwise you may need a new one, hope this helps
