to be honest im sure its not only letter they will get complaining about personell, although the guy that sold me the car was sound, replied to my calls, answered questions honestly and had a great deal of product knowledge from the company to the cars, i was impressed which is why i bought it from there, i think hes gone now though. everytime i went down with the car on warranty jobs i got the impression i was putting them out.

it once went in because the door speaker was rattling even at low volume, the said theyd fixd it, got round the corner it started again, so it went in again, exactly same story, then i took it in again and the service guy took it upon himself to come out to my car with me and listen himself,

"youve got your bass setting too high"

excuse me

"yeah your bass settings on level 9"

and....

"its too high"

then why do skoda put in speakers that cant handle the stereos power?

"they can handle it but your obviously having it on too loud"

yes that did happen

anyway i got the car back and they took it upon themselves to take pics in a step by step guide to show me what they had done with the new speaker, but they were really patronising about it like i was some child

Eh Up !

DM Keith have been absolutely negative.

There's been no reply, no concern and obviously no embarrassment on their part.

Perhaps they have all been trained at the same Charm School, Aaaaaaaaah, Uuuuuh.

Eh Uppeeeeeee, over and out. :thumbdwn:

I appreciate that from your earlier posts you clearly have a screw loose.... but to expect senior mgmt to get into internet slanging matches with limited intellect formum members is abusrd....

I took it upon myself yesterday, 15/08/08, to send Emails to sales@dmkeith, parts@dmkeith & dmkeith@dmkeith as below.

Whether they reach their target of Mr DM Keith, remains to be seen.

Please forward direct to Mr DM Keith

Mr Keith,

Have you seen the slagging off that your Company is getting on the Briskoda forum.

Some of it looks to be well deserved - judging by your after sales 'so called' personnel.

I think it needs a direct reply from yourself posting on the Forum.

DB.

Hopefully we await a personal reply from Mr DM Keith.

If you really want to get to the chairman or CEO of a company:-

1) Find out who they are using Companies House listings.

2) Write a physical letter to them, marking the envelope "Private and Confidential".

about as grown us as your comments to DM Keith.. and you wonder why the mfr fails to take the site seriously.
