Looking to buy a cable in the next couple of weeks:thumbup:

Who do i buy from?

Ross-Tech direct, I'll end up getting dry humped by HMRC so that's out.

So that leaves Gendan USB PC diagnostics package for VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda cars (1996-2008) :: Gendan Automotive Products

Or Ilexa VAG-COM diagnostic tool in the ilexa web shop

Difference comes down to a fiver between both.

Yes i know I've got a Fabia and i don't really require this particular cable, I'm just future proofing myself/ Covering all bases:thumbup:

I used Gendan, no problems.

I also used Gendan, excellent service.

Using ilexa should give you access to their technical forum which you may find useful.

Bought:thumbup:

A bit late I know, but I used ilexa about 6 years ago and should update/future proof a bit - I think that I can trade mine back in to ilexa - exactly which option did you go for by the way?

Redundant quote deleted.

I bought direct from ross-tech. Didnt get to badly humped by customs, about £20 iirc.
