Some pics of my rallying career.

Featured Replies

Have been pointed in this direction for the motorsport bit. Will try to post some photos from my rallying (co-driving) from the last few years, albeit it most of the photos i have are of when things go wrong.

Probably going to get a row because i think the some of the photos are maybe too big - don't know how to resize though.

Enjoy.

Found some more

Boeing 106! - Quite impressive actually. I was taken to Glasgow hospital via air ambulance after that one. I don't tend to do things in half measures - incase you didn't notice

As the co-driver, I'm more concerned about Vickys map reading/directions.......;)

On the plus side, at least both occupants have been relatively uninjured in each instance. Which I suppose is a tribute to the safety design of the cars, equipment, marshalls and the emergency services.

Balancing out my cheeky remark

I can honestly say in all of the above instances it was either driver or mechanical failure - never my fault anyway, lol

You sure you're not just confused with your left & rights ? :D

Must be a Fife thing. :P

Good pics though.

Isn't it amazing how the co-drivers side nearly always takes the big hits? Fair play to you - I gave up navigating after an off in Donegal in an EVO IV - I lost faith in the driver, and in the strength of my boxer shorts.

Hmm if you sat in my passenger seat I think i'd be a bit nervous.

Presents for you:-

:balloons: :flowers:

And after that I'd better :sofahide:, because someone's going to accuse me of coming onto you! ;)

Nice pics, just a thought but have you ever thought about calling the bends a little tighter than they are (that works the other way too if the driver is too cautious)

I found that was the only way you can control the speed of a driver that is pushing way too hard (or not hard enough).

Seriously, I think I may have seen you on the Roger Clark; I know I saw more than one Albar Scooby.

Yes tried that too, and also by adding an extra ! sometimes worked too - untimately it is still up to the driver, you can only give him the infomation and its their choice what to do with it.

Have to admit there were some drivers with sore legs after me stabbing them with a pencil because they weren't listening.

There is only one Albar Impreza, now sold to a chap called Willie Bonnywell but still has the Albar decals on it.

Some great pictures there Vicky! Is that your partner or your brother that you race with?

How many crashes :D - Please say your using the fabia as your next car!!!

What's your next event?....I'll make sure i stand well back lol

Impressive!

Some of those do look a little painful tho'!

Braver than I am. :D
