How a Dealership Should Treat You

Featured Replies

Some people on the forum are aware of the the A/C failure come fire that occurred on my slightly modded car (see sig)

Basically a pressure switch on the A/C shorted out and caused the wiring to burn out. I took it to my purchase dealer who then had the nerve to tell me that it burnt out because of excessive enbine bay heat lol.

A chat with stu then progressed to a visit to Chris at Sparshatts in Chichester.

Chris is not just a grease monkey(as in my local dealership) he is a TECHNICIAN, he saw the problem as it appeared.

Fire report filled in, Skoda UK came for inspection, result a warranty repair.

Thanks Chris for actually doing your job and not saying OH its been modified.

Service like this is a rare thing.

Would recommend them to all, and rest assured my next car will be purchased from SPARSHATTS in Chichester
