do some research before you make inane statements... unless you are extolling the virtues of the 1.2..... a Fabia vRS weighs the same as a Mk 1 Octy vRS.

remove the secondary air system.

pump, combination valve, N112.......... it's all a load of balls anyway!

then simplify the vacuum system, to just operate normally. so you can scrap the N249 and vacuum reservoir. more pointless balls!

connect the vac line from the DV directly to the intake manifold, how it should be!

Most of this stuff with save you very little weight. I've got nothing against removing spare wheels / seats if you don't need them but little bits of plastic here and there? Waste of time unless you are tracking it and even then you'll notice little difference unless you go the WHOLE hog- which many people can't live with day to day.

will this change the way my car runs,

was planning on taking dump valve from intake manifold, to see if it stops going into limp mode cause it sticks open when trying to balance throttle

You know its only a half effort unless you take all the audio equipment out don't you? Its all or nothing..

thats true but i love my music, i love the noise my car makes but music is uplifting and i love driving with it playing

i know, i was tempted to go to awesome on sat to buy a 007p,so i put my old bosch back to see if it cured it, you can still hear it stick open but the dumped air stays in, the car seemed to hold more boost, better throttle and felt quicker too ???

there was no noise which i miss from my bailey tho

is the 007p as quiet as the standard valve?
