hi can you people please help i have just getting the 4 bar fuel reg where do i find this thing

Fuel pressure regulator?

to the right hand end of the inlet side of the engine, at the end of the line of injectors.

small round metal can, with a vacuum hose going into it.

can you fit one of these and will it give me any problems with out a remap

You can fit one but it's not worth it unless the car is mapped for it (Revo stage 2)

If you do I would not go around driving with full boost as you may get problems if the car is not mapped for it.

You don't really meed them on the octavia 1.8t anyway!
