or if anyone wants to do somekind of deal for a VRS DMF swap for a 5speed or a 5peed smf ??

Do the ECS stage 1 kit my dear

It is £275 + VAT and comes with the SMF , clutch plate , pressure plate and release bearing ooh yes and all the bolts required to do it and I do believe it has the aligning tool too , but no technician to do the job for you though I am afraid

This is one I was going to do on mine if it was needed

I gather you still have the 5 speed box?

To be fair we have marked these down as a special price months ago , and we still have them on it

So we could not do anything on them

We like to be cheap as possible on these types of products including the RARB too

We do have stock of the clutches too

Tell you what , if you have the RARB and the clutch together , I will postage 10% cheaper at £9 + VAT for the pair and then you have free postage on the clutch?

I must admit the 5 speeds dont tend to be as bad as the 6 speed

But yes it does make a noise

Depress the clutch pedal and it sounds normal , just on tickover with your foot off the pedal

Dont think they have part numbers as such

As this is the ECS one

The other one that we can get with the G60 clutch is £320 + VAT for the kit

But then the G60 flwheel is 028105269B

Then there are a few bolts , well 12

6 of N10101001

6 of N90206103

The clutch kit and the release bearing I dont have part numbers for though

I also believe there is a plate too

What it is my friend has got a clutch kit and SMF from ecs for a golf/polo/corado that has been sat in his garage for ages that he no longer needs

and was wondering just by chance if it could be the same??
