I would say get your exhaust after the remap.

Get the exhaust done BEFORE the remap so they can map the car to your new mods........and better start saving for a clutch lol

exhaust before remap. get a custom map done with a nice smooth Torque curve with around 280ftlb and your clutch should be OK.
