A change of tyre

Featured Replies

I'm needing to change my rear tyres sometime this month. With winter approaching i'm concerned my rears may not help...as are down to 1.6mm of thread.

currently on my furby vrs ive got bridgestone turanza's. on 205/45/16/83W

does anyone know whether if i replace my rear tyres whether they can be directional or not?

i looked on the bridgestones but couldnt see any direction indicators on the sidewall. I dont really want to have non directionals at the front and directionals on the rear. pretty much every tyre company i phoned up wanted to sell my directional tyres.

do they not do bi-directional tyres anymore?:(

These days you might struggle to find anything suitable for a vRS that isn't either asymmetrical or directional.

Michelin MXM are still available as are many similar tyres by the big companies smaller sub-brands.
