I changed the slipring and I don't have any problems with my power steering. Only the right control on my MFSW doesn't work. Do you have an idea?

You seem to have columbus retrofitted. Do you have the Superb version or Octavia version? Superb version is 3T0 xxx xxx.

There has been numerous reports that the MFSW doesn't function correctly when retrofitting a superb Columbus unit to Octavia.

Okay, so that is probably the reason. Do you have your old radio headunit still somewhere? You could try and swap it back just to test that the right side buttons do actually work.

I was also told that the 3T Superb unit had interface issues so that would make sense.

I personally don't know. I'm not even sure if the Superb unit will be interchangeable to Octavia. Stu might be able to help as he has access to ETKA.

Also I'm not sure if that will help. I think in VWNAVI forums there was a discussion about this problem but can't remember if the problem was identified to CAN gateway or is the steering controller that much different in Superb.
