Cruise control

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Dont know if any one can help, I want to fit a cruise control to my A4 but when I rang my local Skoda dealer they say that Skoda have stopped selling the kit for this car. Is this correct or does anyone know a dealer who has one.:finger:

I suspect your dealer is talking out of his ****... But incase he's not, there are plenty on eBay:

My dealer in Leicester fitted one for me not too long ago.

Hving it fitted bymy friendly VW/Audi independent specialist on Wednesday.

Well, it would appear as though the "Cruise Control Kit" is not all that it seems. When the guy came to fit it, there appeared to be part of the wiring loom missing, even though the kit came with everything it said it should.

I'm just waiting to hear if he has managed to bodge something together, otherwise, I've got a long walk home!

Turns out it didn't need any additional wiring after all. :-)

Works a treat - can highly recommend Nigel Travis if you are in the Manchester area. He's located in Failsworth.
