Hello (Help please) :confused:

Just joined. Help!! My 05 Elegance TDI PD8V has lost all its interior lights, incluiding the boot light. Door lights and puddle lights are ok. Fuses all ok. Is there a timer/control box somewhere? If so where is it please? Recently a new steering sensor was fitted. Could this have affected the interior lights?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Welcome to Briskoda, not sure on your fault and not sure on what model of skoda you have. Might be a idea to post in the relevant section for your model of skoda and someone will be able to help.

I had this problem with my car. All the roof lights U/S but the footwell ones working. It turned out to be a short in the NS door mirror taking out the comfort module, I think that is the name. It is located in the passenger's footwell and was replaced under warranty. Hope this helps

water leak from pollen filter

has run into footwell then seeped through to rear n/s footwell where it has gradually eroded the nodes.

quite simple to fix plenty of information on this website
