16" Wheels on a Vrs....

Featured Replies

Been having a bit of a brainstorm......

was thinking in maybe going for a bit of a 'Euro' look for the vrs....

so i was perusing the various wheel suppliers and fell in love with a set of Kerscher Carmona alloys..... think Borbet Type A's for us older ones...!!!

only problem was that its max size was 7.5 x 16......

i was thinking with a decent drop of the ride height, that it might look ok...???

anyone running 16's on a vrs...??

anyone talented enough to put a set of deep dish rims onto a vrs using photoshop....??? coz im sh**e at that....!!!! :D

Should look good with a decent drop. The estate comes with 16" Spiders as standard. Think 17s ultimately look better though.

Also, wouldn't the Euro look require lower profile tyres than are standard on the 16" Spider alloys, thus putting the speedo out?

I've got the 16" std alloys on a vRS estate, with 205/55 tyres. Could photo the fronts if it helps you () but the back end wont match the hatch. Personally I want to go the other way and put 18's on!

Ain't got photoshop or anything similar!

why don't you use f.a. the Borbet wheels configurator? Google for it or for another one.

You can try on various wheels on your specific car and see how they look.
