At least if we were still in the UK there would be parts at REASONABLE prices, everything is very expensive, I think we've spent more on parts in the last 3 years than we paid for the car....:(

I suppose there is a downside to it.....

Although if I were living there I would probably have no driving licence anyhoo, I would have drowned in Mount Gay!!! Mmmm......... Mount Gay :dtp:

No no no...........Mount Gay is for the rich ones, white rum and coconut water is for us poor peasants!!

Seriously though, our car doesn't want to start in the mornings after rain, and I'm talking RAIN! (middle of rainy season) we have a steep hill to reach the road, car starts fine then as we hit the incline it dies.......if I open the bonnet and leave the sun on it for a while its OK, which isn't a lot of use when you're scrambling to get to work on time! it costs a weeks wages if you take a car to a recognised dealer here, we're lucky to have a neighbour who's a mechanic, he's thinking carburettor? was Ok till I nearly got swept away in flash floods a few weeks ago..........

Welcome to Briskoda :)

Hello and welcome.

welcome. It's worth starting a thread in the Felicia section to get some tech help. :)
