Looking at cheap v6's

Featured Replies

Strangely enough, this is exactly what I was doing on Ebay last week, and ended up accidentally owning a 4.0 litre Jeep Grand Cherokee. Get to bed!

lol. Would love togo to bed but I'm at work

There is a very obvious reason why S-Types are cheap.

That 750i sounds expensive to me, I was offered an 97/P 750iL last year that had done 88k with reasonable history for £3300 and I thought that was overpriced.

The BMW has been for sale for quiet a while.

If you flog your Octy TDI can i call dibs?

Saying that, a nice S-type R or XJR with the 4.2 V8 supercharger......mmmmmmm....dribble.......

How about a 2.8 V6 Audi. Mine was cheap as chips and is the newest you can get before the c02 banding tax crap.

Tell me about it :(

My Signum is probably worth more in scrap these days... How I wish they announced the budget 2 weeks earlier :weeping:

On that note ;) Allams Skoda, that white vRS estate you have in your signature... is it petrol or diesel? And what sort of PX would I be looking at for an 54 plate Signum 3.2V6 Elite?

Niiice but high mileage, cant believe how cheap big petrols have got, long live derv

Q. it will be a 170cr tdi as it has DSG 'box.

I picked mine up for £1900, it's only got 75K on the clock

Even more interesting then... Thanks

Yes. It's a 2.0CR DSG Estate, with a few options - Sunset, light assist, auto-dimming mirror, rain sensing wipers, cruise, rear park, headlamp washers. Ordered it as a demo but we've had to register an Elegance DSG as it had been here longer. :(

Can we keep the sales patter to the relavent threads please.

Cheers.

And I suspect my 3.0 CDTi isn't worth much more, either.....

You missed your chance http://briskoda.net/skodas-sale/mk1-octavia-pd130-elegance-estate/120979/ My passion for my octi tdi has returned and it rocks, watch this space in the next couple of months for my next batch of mods, picking my 1st part of it up tomorrow ;)

I love the sound of a V6 and having only ever had a company car as a v6 for a month till one of our sales guy's wrote it off I just got thinking what can you buy for less than 3k as a weekend car. Doesn't have to be fun and fast, I have my octi for that hence looking at a comfortable v6 cruiser.
