I am hoping that a belt and water pump change tomorrow, will get rid of my annoying clicking sound when at idle

Its sounds exactly like a chain slipping off the rear cogs on a push bike when you change gears:eek::confused:

Make sure they are doing all the tensioners too

That was always going to happen:rolleyes: but I am hoping that the tension-er is the cause of the noise

You might but I know of a few non dealers that don't do those as standard.

Most dealers will change the tensioner but not the rollers.

Is there any pics available showing the belt and all bits associated with it in situ

It wont look to different to this..

So the top big blue pulley is the cam shaft, the tensioner is the next one down, small blue one ???? then a roller pulley, then the water pump is this correct

Does the tension-er have a ratchet inside it
