drivers door is loose ,loads of movement in bottom hinge,goes bang when using door, can,t try tightning main bolt got a weird centre thingee,see dealer tomorrow,any you guys had same problem. cheers Mellyboy:thumbdwn:

had the same thing on my dads old car. just tightened up the torques screw

easy fix just need the correct socket thingee Mellyboy

probably worth getting a torques bit set from b and q or something as most of your car is held together by them :D

Yea it is either them or Torx bits...

It's a spline most likely, but since you're under warranty get the dealer to do ti and check no damage has been done to the hinges etc.

been there done that seems o.k, make,s you think if a substantial fitting that can come adrift what else can ? The service guy said" no problem they do that sometimes" it was soon tightened up, a star locking washer added would not have been a bad idea. cheers-Mellyboy
