Iv found this pull tab thing with "ON" wrote on it in the drivers side pull down cubby hole and Im wondering what its for ?

Its on here loads, but to save you the trouble of searching, it opens the cubby hole to the heater ducting above it. So if you pull that out when you have the a/c on it will keep that cubby hole cool.

Can cooler, pull it out and the air con is directed into the cubby hole like the glove box only smaller ...for a can

Word of warning though....If you leave a can in there with the 'ON' tab pulled out and the heating on its highest setting for prolonged periods, the can will likely explode!!

Nearly happened to me...the bottom curved bit went 'clunk' and popped out like a pregnant belly button....had to dispose of said can out window where it exploded all over the place.

Note to enviromentalists....yes of course I picked it up after

...possibly why some confuse the 'ON' tab with the Fabia 'rocket' feature!

Yep, it switches the ECU to a different map, only use it if you fill with premium diesel and you will gain about 25BHP
