Wind Deflectors-are they any good?

Featured Replies

Opening the windows on my Fabia II 3 at any speed above a crawl creates a deafening blast of wind, even with the window only slightly open.

I was thinking of fitting the wind deflectors that Skoda supply but does anyone have experience of these?

Chris

You have climate control, why open the windows?

might want a fag??

might want a fag??

 My reason for fitting them.

They work well, but squeak a bit.

If you smoke in your Fabia, nasty smells from the tabacco will stick in the air conditioning system and they cannot affordably be cleaned up. Says so in the manual. It will hurt at trade-in time since 75% of potential buyers will be non-smokers!

It's your choice of course.

im not saying he does, but maybe, like me(a non-smoker), i dont use my air con and prefer my window open a little. this is getting abit off topic now.
