Speedo differences bolt on mods have made

Featured Replies

Being a little sceptical of air intakes and exhaust etc i decided to test the theory...

A speedo vid of my car with just a remapp with no other mods (in km, 80km=50mph and 160km+100mph), on the RR it gave 240bhp at the flywheel which is normal for just a map:

Now here is a vid of my speedo after fitting a full TBE Milltek, uprated fuel pump and EVOM's intake. The map when this vid was taken was not modified just the bolt ons added. It knock a good second off the 50-100mph! I'm getting approx just over 6 secs on the 60mph-100mph. Looking at you tube vids that's M3 territory. Any ideas how much bhp at the fly it may have added? :

On a petrol the difference generally is much bigger than on a derv :)

get the stage 2+ software now and it should be even faster :)

Yeah, just had the map tweaked since the vids were made and it goes like the clappers:D, have to say i'm very pleased with the outcome of this car. Still have to fit the Twintercooler yet.
