No I've not got anything thing wrong with my **** but went off topic in my last thread.

I'm trying to look into if i can get a twin exit exhaust for the superb (either side not like the editon100) and whether there's any rear bumpers available to accommodate them. I know i could cut the bumper to suit but would like to see if there's anything made. Don't want anything to overstated. but like i put in the last thread I'd like it to look something like this....

Im not sure but would a passat W8 rear bumper fit?

I don't think it will, as the Superb rear lights have a curved bottom, whereas the Passat ones have a flat one. Maybe you could use the bumper and some Passat rear lights?

I had my bumper cut to accodate a dual pipe. I wanted twin exits either side, but the towing link loopything i son that side and plus the fuel tank drops all the way to the floor. Would have been more hassle than its worth, so did not bother in the end....

I haven't had a good root around the back end () to check for possible exhaust routing, I guess that's saved me a job!

Have you got any pics of your cut bumper with pipe in place?

You do hear it "whoosh" more at higher revs, but as the Superb is quite sounded deadened, you dont here that much. Plus Sootchuckers dont give the same rumble as I petrol

You may want to check Milotecs double-pipe-end with diffusor as well.

IMHO I really don't like that grille.

I like the mesh, it's not that... it's that bit of plastic for the bonnet release, and I realise they'll be limited with options but even so... :thumbdwn:

The rear diffuser thing looks okay, especially from the back - but I think if I fitted that I'd blend it in with the rear bumper. I'm not a huge fan of that "stuck on" look.

All things considered though, I've seen worse and the most important thing is you like them

With regard to the bonnet release, I have the facelift grille on mine, and the bonnet release is at the bottom of the grille. Guess it won't fit through the blade of the grille as the facelift blades are angled.

I don't think it's that OT as it was the OP who posted the photos... so have you any pics of the grille/bonnet release?

Perhaps so those of us who don't have facelifts can pretend we're young.
