Lowering a 4x4 hatchback

Featured Replies

What are the options? and if I go too low could what problems would there be?

Amongst others these seem the most popular:

KW coilovers - variants 1-3

or

Weitec HICON GT coilovers

H&R springs which lower 40mm

Not sure what is too low - probably 40mm+

I think after that you need adjustable tie bars for the rear.

I went the KW 1 way, perfect. If you've got lodsa dosh 2 or 3!

Problems going to low ,,,, Speed humps!

MD is right about the adjustable rear tie bars, unless a mate owns a tyre factory.

Trust me, been there, got the tee shirt!
